Eating a lot of vegetarian or vegan food does not have to be difficult or negatively life-altering. It can, however, be life-altering in a subtle, sustainable, and positive way. This site might be helpful for the laid back person who is considering a diet higher in vegetarian or vegan fare as a means to getting a wee bit healthier. It is, however, possible to be both unhealthy and vegetarian or vegan. Thus my personal modus operandi: transition, moderation, and delicious food.
