Just tried a delicious meal last night: Honey-Baked Lentils
Came across it at the following blog: http://thetobyshow.typepad.com/the_toby_show/2008/07/honey-baked-lentils.html
I only had regular soy sauce so I added a little extra sugar, and added a little cayenne pepper at the end to give it some kick.
Easy and delicious!

I recently read about the consumption of chia seeds in the amazing book Born to Run. Just bought my first bag of them at Whole Foods, and have been eating 1-2 teaspoons a day mixed with various foods.
Here are a few links for more information and recipes:

The recipe is in a wonderful cookbook, Vegan With a Vengeance by Isa Chandra Moskowitz (seriously, buy it), but it's also posted here: 46 Days of Vegetarianism: BBQ Pomegranate Tofu
Enjoy

The original recipe is from King Arthur, but like I said....I adjusted a few things. This is for a small batch, you can double it if you want more! Just make sure to cook it on 2 baking sheets, and rotate them when stirring every 15 minutes.
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
