So, I just tried out a delicious waffle recipe and loved it.
Nice and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside... I added half of a very ripe banana, and substituted the milk with almond milk (and only added 3/4 cup of it, due to the banana addition). I also added an 1/8 cup steel-cut oats. The batter was a little runny, but still turned out well; next time I will probably add a little whole wheat flour or more oats.
